the way i feel about blogging is ...

The way i feel about blogging is that it is a much more creative way of having assignments to do, rather than having essays. The blog posts we have also has an advantage in that i can always go back to the older posts and see what we were talking about in class. I also like how it is a more technolocically advanced way of interacting in class. I like that other classmates can read what other students in the class are thinking and their opinion on the topics discussed, and being able to comment on it, and interact with them. Blogging is just a really interesting concept and i really like doing it for a class as homework.

  1. I agree! I definitely like posting blog posts more than writing out assignments or anything like that. Plus, like you said, I like being able to read what other people in the class are thinking. It makes homework and assignments more interesting that way.

  2. Blogs assignments are definitely a break from the usual format of homework. Though originally writing blogs made me nervous I have become used to them, and appreciate them more than I did earlier. You make a good point, being able to read other students work can be very useful.

  3. I totally agree. Writing up homework or an essay by yourself staring at the rather uninteresting format that word works in is simply plain boring...but on a blog I'm much more interested in what is going on. Other people can give you input from everywhere, and it becomes an actual conversation which is SO much better than talking to yourself =P

  4. Honestly, I would rather write in a notebook like she used to have us do last semester. Even though blogging is cool, I am not always in front of my laptop in order to post my blog so I end up having to post it later. And sometimes I don't want you people reading what I write so I would just rather write in a notebook that is solely for Prof Lay's eyes.

  5. I did not think about blogging this way. I only focused on the negative when I was writing about blogging but you bring up some really valid points. This is a much more creative way then writing tons of essays.
